Gun laws are devised by socialists/communists to disarm American's for the future takeover and the coming one world government. This is a clear trashing of the 2nd Amendment.

(the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.)

They also give a pretense for cops/activist judges to invade hearth and home with near impunity thus trashing the 4th Amendment.
(The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.)

Right now the Constitution of the United States of America looks like it was put through a paper shredder by the Obama Administration.

There are those of us that will NEVER surrender our firearms, but we are getting fewer every day. It is also easy to arrest me or S.W.A.T my home and kill/arrest me. Tyranny is coming, it smiles at you every day the "O" and his minions and the RINO Republicans get on TV.

The folks who are getting the free stuff, don't like the folks who are paying for the free stuff, because the folks who are paying for the free stuff can no longer afford to pay for both the free stuff and their own stuff,

And, the folks who are paying for the free stuff want the free stuff to stop, and the folks who are getting the free stuff want even more free stuff on top of the free stuff they are already getting!

Now... The people who are forcing the people who pay for the free stuff have told the people who are RECEIVING the free stuff that the people who are PAYING for the free stuff are being mean, prejudiced, and racist.

So... the people who are GETTING the free stuff have been convinced that they need to hate the people who are paying for the free stuff by the people who are forcing some people to pay for their free stuff and giving them the free stuff in the first place.

We have let the free stuff giving go on for so long that there are now more people getting free stuff than paying for the free stuff.

Now understand this. All great democracies have committed financial suicide somewhere between 200 and 250 years after being founded. The reason? The voters figured out they could vote themselves money from the treasury by electing people who promised to give them money from the treasury in exchange for electing them.

The United States officially became a Republic in 1776, 231 years ago. The number of people now getting free stuff outnumbers the people paying for the free stuff. We have one chance to change that in 2012. Failure to change that spells the end of the United States as we know it.

And so it came to pass that employers, facing spiraling costs and ever-higher taxes, raised their prices and laid off workers. Others simply gave up and went out of business and the economy sank like unto a rock dropped from a cliff. The banking industry was destroyed. Manufacturing
slowed to a crawl. And more of the people were without a means of support.

Then "The One" said, "I am the "the Chosen One"- The Messiah - and I'm here to save you! We shall just print more money so everyone will have enough!" But our foreign trading partners said unto Him. "Wait a minute. Your dollar is not worth a pile of camel dung! You will have

I see only one viable solution and even that would be tentative if attempted and I don't hold any hope that it will be attempted. We either take back our country by force and "reboot" the constitution or we perish as a nation. Like I said, I am not holding my breath for this to happen.

The first American Revolution had a populace that was moral and deeply devoted to God and the Bible. If you wish to refute this then go ahead and call the clouds in the sky cotton candy and eat your fill... It is simply a fact. Of all of the devoted to God and country population no more than 3% ever actually fought, the rest waited for the outcome to decide what side they would be on and enjoyed the fruits of the freedom fighters. It has always been so. The few fight for the many and today the many think freedom always was and always will be.

Freedom on this planet is slipping away and will be gone soon. Our current population has been dumbed down educationally and raised without God, so why would they fight? Why would they risk life and limb? They wont... A small percentage of us will die armed and free.

We are living in the end times, get saved while you can. If you want to go that route you must know, to be saved at that time you must have your head cut off (most likely by Islam) and stand firm for Christ while they do it.

(I have always wondered, when you get your head cut off, do your eyes see for a moment as your head falls? Lord willing I will not find out.)

This is getting scary, but I have always known cops would be on the front lines of stealing liberty. If you are a good cop, BUST THE BAD ONES! Philly Police Harass, Threaten to Shoot Man Legally Carrying Gun

A story in today's Philadelphia Daily News shows why it's so important that citizens be allowed to videotape cops - it can be citizens' only way to fight back against police abuse of power.

This incident happened several weeks ago in Philadelphia to Mark Fiorino, a 25-year-old IT worker who carries a gun on his hip at all times for self defense. He got the gun after several friends were mugged.

But he didn't count on attacks by police:

On a mild February afternoon, Fiorino, 25, decided to walk to an AutoZone on Frankford Avenue in Northeast Philly with the .40-caliber Glock he legally owns holstered in plain view on his left hip. His stroll ended when someone called out from behind: "Yo, Junior, what are you doing?"

Fiorino wheeled and saw Sgt. Michael Dougherty aiming a handgun at him.

What happened next would be hard to believe, except that Fiorino audio-recorded all of it: a tense, profanity-laced, 40-minute encounter with cops who told him that what he was doing - openly carrying a gun on the city's streets - was against the law.

"Do you know you can't openly carry here in Philadelphia?" Dougherty asked, according to the YouTube clip.

"Yes, you can, if you have a license to carry firearms," Fiorino said. "It's Directive 137. It's your own internal directive."

Fiorino was right. It was perfectly legal to carry the gun. But that didn't matter to the cop:

Fiorino offered to show Dougherty his driver's and firearms licenses. The cop told him to get on his knees.

"Excuse me?" Fiorino said.

"Get down on your knees. Just obey what I'm saying," Dougherty said.

"Sir," Fiorino replied, "I'm more than happy to stand here -"

"If you make a move, I'm going to f------ shoot you," Dougherty snapped. "I'm telling you right now, you make a move, and you're going down!"

Fiorino was forced to the ground and shouted at as he tried to explain that he had a firearms license and was legally allowed to openly carry his weapon.

"I'm sorry, gentlemen," Fiorino said. "If I'm under arrest, I have nothing left to say."

"F------ a------, shut the f--- up!" the cop hollered.

The cops discovered his recorder as they searched his pockets, and unleashed another string of expletives.

Fiorino said he sat handcuffed in a police wagon while the officers made numerous phone calls to supervisors, trying to find out if they could lock him up.

When they learned that they were in the wrong, they let him go.

But only temporarily. Fiorino posted the audio recordings on youtube, and now they are harassing him again:

A new investigation was launched, and last month the District Attorney's Office decided to charge Fiorino with reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct because, a spokeswoman said, he refused to cooperate with police... He's scheduled for trial in July.

If one listens to the audiotapes, it's hard to imagine how a reasonable person could charge Fiorino (and not the cops) for disorderly conduct.

CROWN POINT, Ind. – According to Newton County Sheriff, Don Hartman Sr., random house to house searches are now possible and could be helpful following the Barnes v. STATE of INDIANA Supreme Court ruling issued on May 12^th, 2011. When asked three separate times due to the astounding callousness as it relates to trampling the inherent natural rights of Americans, he emphatically indicated that he would use random house to house checks, adding he felt people will welcome random searches if it means capturing a criminal. Speaking under the condition of anonymity, a local city Police Chief with 30 years experience in law enforcement directly contradicted the Newton County Sheriff’s blatant disregard for privacy & liberty, stating that as an American first, such an action is unconscionable and that his allegiance is to the Indiana and federal Constitutions respectively. However, he also concurred that ruling does now allow for police to randomly search homes should a department be under order by state or federal officials or under a department’s own accord.
At this time we are still awaiting comments from several state offices.
However, the spokesperson for the INDIANA ATTORNEY GENERAL’S took umbrage at what he referred to as “large” assumptions regarding police power and at this time has no comment. We have come here this morning on a day set aside to remember from whence our strength comes. This week began with a great piece of news for America, the personification of evil, Osama Bin Laden was killed by our US Navy SEAL special operators.

On this National Day of Prayer, I can attest without any doubt that before those brave Warriors launched their mission, they prayed. Prayer is the means by which we can find refuge in our Lord God as we face trials, tribulations, and tumultuous times.

When the foundations of America were attacked and destroyed on September 11, 2001 we found ourselves as a Nation doing that which is best, praying. We found ourselves doing as it says in Psalm 34:6, "This poor man cried out, and the Lord heard him And saved him out of all his troubles."

In our Congressional office there is a simple portrait hanging on the wall facing my desk. It is a portrait that reminds me where great leaders find strength in times of troubles. It is a portrait which reminds me of the faith and conviction that enabled a rag tag bunch of 13 Colonies to come together and triumph.

It is the portrait of General George Washington kneeling beside his horse, hands clapsed, and head bowed in the snow of Valley Forge.

It was a time characterized by the immortal words of Thomas Paine, "These are the times which try men's souls. The summer Soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country; but he that STANDS it now, deserves the love and thanks of men and women".

I know that before you can stand against the evils, trials, and challenges we all face.....we must first kneel in prayer.

As we trust in God through the power of prayer we can say as it says in Romans 8:31 "What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us."

This America is rooted in a Judeo-Christian faith tradition which finds its cornerstone of communication, prayer.

Thomas Jefferson stated, "Can the liberties of a Nation be thought secure when we have removed their only firm basis, a conviction in the minds of the people that these liberties are the gift of God? That they are not to be violated but with His wrath? Indeed, I tremble for my Country when I reflect that God is just; that His justice cannot sleep forever".

And George Washington stated, "No people can be bound to acknowledge and adore the invisible Hand which conducts the affairs of men more that the people of the United States.....We ought to be no less persuaded that the propitious [favorable] smiles of Heaven can never be expected on a Nation which disregards the eternal rules of order and right which Heaven itself ordained".

Psalm 11:3 asks us a simple question, "If the foundations are destroyed, What can the righteous do?"

The answer is simple, this Nation will pray when its foundations are being destroyed.

We must pray for our economic security and the blessings of long term sustainable job growth policies.

We must pray for our national security to ensure this great Republic, the grand experiment in individual liberty is preserved for future generations.

We must pray for the restoration of the American family and the sanctity of innocent life.

We must pray that the ideological chasm which now separates our America can be closed.

We must pray as it states in II Chronicles 7:14, "If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and PRAY and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from Heaven, and will forgive their sin, and HEAL their land.

Yes, I believe as it states in Jeremiah 29:11-13...."For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon Me and go and PRAY to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart".

I know that this is a time when the restoration of our faith and belief in the power of prayer as a Nation will result in the promise of Romans 5:3-4, "And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character hope"....and not a hope in Man.

As it says in Phillipians 4:13....."we can do ALL things" which is why I know the greatest days of America lie ahead as we remember this day and the power of Prayer.

In closing, I know that certain individuals and their media allies will be chomping to attack these words I share today. They shall cry separation of church and State.....but that principle does not apply to separating me from my faith and belief in the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, our Savior Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, and the power of prayer. And it does not apply to separating this great Nation from its Judeo-Christian faith heritage.

We must never dwell in the realm of fear nor shy away from our convictions if we believe the simple admonition of Isaiah 54:17, "No weapon formed against you shall prosper, And every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, And their righteousness is from me, Says the Lord."

I am not a perfect Man, but my daily prayer is the Lord's prayer as found in Matthew Chapter 6 and the prayer of Jabez, I Chronicles 4:10, "O that you would bless Me indeed and enlarge my territory, that your hand would be with me, to protect me from evil, so that I will not cause harm, and God granted him as he requested".

Therefore, on this 60th Annual National Day of Prayer, I implore this Nation and all of you here to lift your eyes unto the Hills, where we shall find our strength. Mount up with wings like Eagles. Run and never grow weary. Walk and never faint.

And never forget, that before you STAND strong, you must first kneel in prayer.

I am so VERY fortunate to have a trainer that was a former IPSC national top 10 contender, and a master gunsmith. He is an old friend and does not charge me for the many years of tactical training he has given me. I am also just as fortunate to have a gun bud that I introduced to my trainer, (current LEO, my trainer is former LEO) that has the most amazing collection of all original historical firearms. Here are some pics and information on the history I have been able to shoot, with MUCH joy...

The mighty M1 Garand. (United States Rifle, Caliber .30, M1) This is an all original Garand (matching serial numbers) that saw action in Korea and is in almost 100% condition. On my first shot with the rifle I hit a head shot at 80 yards. It is a fabulous rifle. It was the first semi-automatic rifle to be generally issued to the infantry of any nation. It was called "The Greatest Battle Implement Ever Devised" by General George S. Patton.

This is something I never saw coming and few ever get the chance to shoot. It is an all original German MP 40 (MP designates Maschinenpistole, literally "Machine Pistol") It is a sub machine gun developed in Nazi Germany and used extensively by paratroopers, tank crews, platoon and squad leaders, and other troops during World War II. This one again is in near perfect condition, no import markings. It shoots 9mm pistol ammo and was FLAWLESS. The stick magazine holds 30 rounds, again we are in the Nevada desert as the communist un-American State of Ca does not allow the 2nd amendment to be exorcised as intended by our founders. Ca. has greatly "infringed" on our God given rights.

This is yours truly firing the MP40 with the folding stock extended, brass flipping in the air. (note: hold the stick magazine lower, where I am holding it pinched my hand as it cycled)

The Thompson. This is an American sub machine gun, invented by John T. Thompson in 1919. The Thompson was favored by soldiers, criminals and police alike for its ergonomics, compactness, large .45 ACP cartridge, (the same round as the 1911 .45 that is on my hip, and is my best friend) and it's reliability. It has since gained popularity among civilian collectors for its historical significance. What is VERY cool about this all original WWII gun is the way it "chugs" along at a slow steady rate of fire. The gun is very heavy and has NO muzzle flip on full auto. I don't own any of these amazing firearms, but if I could choose one, you are looking at it (above). This specimine is all original and has matching serial numbers. It saw action in WWII. The only thing I would want more than to own it, is to have it be able to talk and tell it's personal stories.

The M2 Carbine. The M2 was the selective-fire variant of the M1 carbine, and a 30-round magazine was adapted for standard use. Developed in 1944, Inland designated it as U.S. Carbine Caliber .30 M2. This rifle was OFF THE HOOK on full auto. It was not possible for me to control it. It spit out ammo so fast that in the video we took of it being fired, 8 shots sound like 1. To say it has muzzle flip on full auto is an under statement. On semi auto (firing once per pull of the trigger) it is a great battle rifle. If I were in a fight with this rifle it would be set to semi auto and left there. It was fun to shoot on full auto, but I did not hit a THING with it until I put it on semi auto fire. I am sure there are better men than I that can make this thing hit on full auto but that would be something to see as far as I am concerned.

I am a very fortunate man to have "Shot History" as much as I have, and my gun bud tells me an AK47 is next. I can't wait to return to the Nevada desert to give it a try.
